The Chargers on Thursday agreed to terms with defensive lineman Naquan Jones, a move that provides extra depth up front.

The Bolts also agreed to terms with Da'Shawn Hand earlier Thursday, meaning the team double dipped along the defensive trenches on the same day.

Jones, who entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in 2021, spent the past four seasons with the Titans and Cardinals.

He made eight starts and tallied 89 total tackles (38 solo), 6.5 sacks, 11 tackles for loss and four pass breakups.

And while Jones is likely to be a rotational piece up front, he does add plenty of size at 6-foot-3 and 313 pounds.

He joins a position room that currently includes Hand, Teair Tart, Otito Ogbonnia, Scott Matlock and Justin Eboigbe.
