The results are in, and the Chargers have soared in the latest NFL Players Association Report Card.

The Chargers were fifth overall in the NFLPA rankings, which were released Wednesday morning and included responses from 1,695 total NFL players.

The Chargers, of course, also moved into The Bolt, a gleaming new state-of-the-art practice facility in El Segundo that is among the best of the best around the NFL.

The new facility — and the resounding commitment from the Spanos family — meant the Chargers were among the biggest risers in the 2025 rankings.

The Bolts received at least an 'A- grade' and ranked in the top five in in six different categories. The Chargers also improved in every single category from the 2024 rankings.

The Bolts made sweeping organizational changes in the past year, hiring Jim Harbaugh as head coach and Joe Hortiz as general manager while also bringing in Ben Herbert as the Executive Director of Player Performance.
