Each week, we'll document the right combination for the Chargers during a big win over the upcoming opponent.
The Bolts' most notable victory over the Browns came in December of 2004 via a 21-0 win. In doing so, the Chargers clinched the AFC West division title for the first time since 1994. Temperature that day was 18 degrees (-10 with wind chill) and the right combination was pounding it out on the ground as LaDainian Tomlinson grinded out 111 yards and two touchdowns. Drew Brees had four completions on only six pass attempts, one being a 72-yard touchdown to Antonio Gates – which remains the longest touchdown of Gates' career.
