We've arrived at Chargers 2024 Training Camp.

Chargers.com will provide daily updates to this page over the next few weeks with practice observations, key storylines and everything else you need to know leading up to the regular season.

Day 22

The Bolts closed out their final practice before the preseason finale Saturday in Dallas. Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said Thursday that the plan is to give youngsters more of a shot. Harbaugh praised the Chargers four days of practice this week, including performances from quarterback Justin Herbert, who had another stellar day. NFL Network's Brian Baldinger also broke down Bolts right tackle Joe Alt's preseason tape.

It was Justin Herbert's show on Wednesday as the Bolts quarterback delivered an otherworldly performance in practice. Herbert completed 25 of 29 passes and was especially lethal in third downs. Wide receiver Quentin Johnston also had a big day with multiple touchdown catches. After practice, rookie Ladd McConkey talked about how he has adjusted to life in the NFL.

Justin Herbert continued his progression by taking some reps in full-team drills in Tuesday's practice. Herbert, who returned to practice Monday, also thrived in 7-on-7 drills. ESPN's Bill Barnwell put out his annual article predicting which teams are set to improve from their previous record as the NFL analyst tabbed the Bolts at the top of his list.

Day 19

Justin Herbert returned to practice Monday for the first time since July 31. The Chargers franchise quarterback zipped the ball around the field, too, as Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said he looked "great with a capital G."

The Bolts had an off day following their second preseason game, as they will hit the practice fields again Monday afternoon in El Segundo. Here are five players that stood out Saturday.

Day 18

Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh announced after Thursday's practice that quarterback Easton Stick will start Saturday's preseason game against the Rams at SoFi Stadium. The Bolts also announced the signing of defensive lineman Teair Tart earlier in the afternoon, adding to the depth in the trenches.

Day 17

The Bolts pad the pads back on Wednesday, and it was rookie Junior Colson who flashed in team drills. The third-round linebacker, who underwent an appendectomy before camp, made a pair of splash plays including a perfect read on a screen pass. Chargers Defensive Coordinator Jesse Minter spoke after practice about what he wants to see from the defense in Saturday's preseason game against the Rams.

The Bolts defense won the day on Tuesday with multiple interceptions and sacks during a 90-minute, non-padded practice. New Chargers quarterback Luis Perez, who has been with the team only a week, spoke at the podium after practice about learning on the fly.

The Chargers got back to work Monday with a fully-padded practice in El Segundo. With the quarterbacks in the spotlight, Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh outlined what he wanted to see from that group in the leadup to Saturday's preseason game against the Rams. Harbaugh also evaluated where the Bolts are at in the dog days of training camp.

The Chargers held a 90-minute, non-padded session Thursday in the final camp practice in front of fans in El Segundo. Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said the team has a plan in place for Saturday's preseason opener against the Seahawks, as some starters will play. Also, rookie linebacker Shane Lee was surprised by his parents after practice in what was an emotional moment for him and the team.

Day 13

The Chargers practiced in pads for only 90 minutes Wednesday at The Bolt. The session included plenty of red-zone work plus another string day from kicker Cameron Dicker. After practice, second-year linebacker Daiyan Henley went into detail on his mindset and preparation as he tries to earning a starting job on defense.

The Bolts put the pads back on Tuesday for a physical two-plus hour practice. Joshua Palmer and Easton Stick teamed up to give the offense a jolt with a last-second touchdown in a red-zone drill. After practice, Chargers Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman assessed with the unit is currently at without quarterback Justin Herbert. The Bolts also released their first unofficial depth chart of the 2024 season.

Chargers cornerback Kristian Fulton continued his recent hot streak with a pair of interceptions in Monday's non-padded practice. Fulton now has four interceptions in the past three practices. After practice, Bolts first-round pick Joe Alt gave his assessment of how his first NFL training camp is going.

Day 10

The Chargers held the first of two joint practices with the Rams and simply dominated on defense. The unit forced six total takeaways, including five from the first-team offense (three interceptions and two fumble recoveries). After practice, the Bolts said it was great to go against a new opponent while Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman and quarterback Easton Stick evaluated the offense in Justin Herbert's absence. The Chargers and Rams will practice again on August 14.

The Bolts are off Saturday as they prepare for Sunday's 11 a.m. joint practice with the Rams in El Segundo. Before then, however, here's what we learned from the second week of camp.

The Chargers defense continued to shine with three interceptions Friday, including a pick-6 from linebacker Nick Niemann. Cornerback Kristian Fulton also had a pick, as did linebacker Troy Dye on the final play of a team period. After practice, Chargers Special Teams Coordinator Ryan Ficken, returner Derius Davis and kicker Cameron Dicker went into detail about focusing on the NFL's new kickoff rule.

Easton Stick stepped in at quarterback as the Bolts put the pads back on Thursday, practicing for two-plus hours at The Bolt. Rookie cornerback Tarheeb Still returned an interception back for a score on the final play of Thursday's session to put an exclamation point on the day. The Bolts held their longest practice yet on Wednesday, a two-plus hour session in helmets and shells. A pair of young DBs made their mark on defense, while the offense showcased some highlight plays during team drills and 1-on-1's as well.

LaDainian Tomlinson kicked off Chargers practice Tuesday by addressing the team, as they held their longest practice of camp yet going for a full two hours. Quarterback Justin Herbert came up clutch in a 2-minute drill, finding Joshua Palmer for a touchdown on a busy day for the offense. Here's what you need to know about Day 6 of camp.

The Bolts threw the ball all over the yard in Friday's session. DJ Chark hauled in a 35-yard score while Quentin Johnston and Brenden Rice also had explosive plays through the air. Of note: the Bolts did have to shuffle their O-line combinations after Rashawn Slater left midway through practice and did not return. After practice, Joey Bosa said he's feeling as refreshed as ever.
