MATCHUP HISTORY

Sunday's matchup will mark the eighth regular-season matchup between the two teams. The Panthers hold a 6-1 all-time regular season record against the Bolts, as this will be just their fourth all-time meeting in Carolina.

That early season matchup was quarterback Justin Herbert's second career start. He followed up his NFL debut with another 300-yard passing game, throwing for 330 yards and a touchdown. Joey Bosa made his mark on the defensive end, notching a sack and two tackles for loss.
