Nickelodeon and CBS Sports announced Monday morning that the Chargers-Texans Wild Card matchup will be a slime-filled alternate telecast on Saturday.
The game will air on CBS Sports as part of Nickelodeon's NFL Wild Card Game Live from Bikini Bottom.
The matchup can also be streamed on NFL+, Paramount+, the CBS Sports app and other NFL digital platforms.
CBS Sports analyst Nate Burleson will lead the call alongside SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star, as Sandy Cheeks and NFL Slimetime's Dylan Schefter giving live sideline updates. Dora the Explorer will provide analysis of rules and penalty calls.
Other Paramount/Nickelodeon stars scheduled to appear include Megatron and Optimus Prime; Arnold and Helga; Cat and Dog; Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Shadow; and Reptar, Chuckie and Tommy.
And get ready for plenty of slime, the green goo that Nickelodeon is known for.
Fans can can before and during the game for the NVP award.
This will be the sixth collaboration on an NFL game from Nickelodeon and third on Wild Card Weekend.
The Nickelodeon's NFL Wild Card Game Live from Bikini Bottom will be streamed on mobile devices with NFL+. CBS Sports' telecast will also be streamed across digital devices via Paramount+, the CBS Sports app and NFL digital properties.
