Get ready for the the Chargers next game against the Chiefs with some roasted buffalo cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 7-8 cups cauliflower (from one medium head of cauliflower)
- 2 tablespoons Signature SELECT™ canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cayenne pepper sauce
Garnishes
- Blue cheese, crumbled Primo Taglio® Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Fresh parsley
- Signature SELECT™ Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing {for dipping}
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl put the 7 to 8 cups of cauliflower florets and add the canola oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 18-20 minutes, turning once until the cauliflower is just starting to get crisp and the edges brown.
- Top with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper sauce and stir to combine.
- Return to over for 7-10 minutes
- Garnish with blue cheese and fresh parsley.
