Consider this your one-stop shop on Mondays for all things Chargers.
Here are five things to know about the Bolts ahead of Week 16:
1. What happened in Week 15?
The Chargers had perhaps their worst game of the season in a 40-17 home loss to the Buccaneers.
The Bolts struggled in all three phases, including on defense as they allowed 506 total yards, 222 of which came on the ground.
The Chargers offense was stymied, too, as the unit rushed for just 32 yards and tallied 207 total yards. The Bolts were also 0-for-6 on third downs.

2. What is the Chargers record?
The Bolts now sit at 8-6 on the season with three games to go.
And although Sunday's loss was disappointing, the Chargers still find themselves in a good spot as the No. 7 seed in the AFC playoff field.
The Ravens (9-5) hold the fifth seed while the Broncos (9-5) jumped to No. 6 with their win Sunday.
However, the Bolts can move right back into the No. 6 seed if they win in Week 16.
Entering Monday morning, NFL Next Gen Stats has the Chargers with an 87 percent chance to make the playoffs.

3. Who stood out on Sunday?
Defensive lineman Poona Ford posted an overall Pro Football Focus defensive grade of 79.0 as he finished the game with three total tackles and a tackle for loss.
Ford, who played 35 defensive snaps on Sunday afternoon, also tallied two run stops.
Offensively, tackle Joe Alt led with a 75.1 overall grade in Week 15.
Alt played all 52 offensive snaps and allowed just one pressure in 41 pass blocking attempts.
4. What's an eye-popping stat from Week 15?
Sunday wasn't pretty for the Bolts.
Perhaps the most concerning aspect came on defense as the Bolts usually solid group had a poor performance.
The Chargers allowed eight plays that went for 20 yards or more, three of which resulted in touchdowns for Tampa Bay.
"They punched us in the mouth," Derwin James said. "We didn't stop the run, the pass, really anything. We didn't stop anything today and it showed on film. We got to flush it."

5. What does Week 16 look like for the Bolts?
The Chargers have a big one on tap for Thursday night as the Bolts host the Broncos in primetime.
The Week 16 date was flexed to Thursday Night Football and now features a pair of AFC West rivals battling for the playoffs.
Denver can clinch a playoff spot with a win, while the Chargers would clinch a spot in Week 16 with a win coupled with losses over the weekend by the Dolphins and Colts.
