2. What is the Chargers record?
Sunday's win moved the Bolts to 4-3 on the season and kept them above .500.
The victory also put the Chargers back in the AFC playoff field as the Bolts currently hold the No. 7 seed.
In terms of the playoff conversation, Sunday was a good day for the Chargers as other Wild Card contenders such as the Bengals, Colts and Jets all lost their respective games.
3. Who stood out on Sunday?
Herbert was locked in against New Orleans.
He completed 20 of 32 passes for 279 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while compiling a passer rating of 111.3.
The performance earned him a Pro Football Focus offensive grade of 95.3, the best mark of his career and the highest grade of any offensive player so far in Week 8.
Defensively, Tuli Tuipulotu had one of his best games of the season with an 86.4 defensive grade from PFF.
The second-year edge rusher registered his first sack of the season and also had a pass deflection to help lead the defense to another strong outing.

4. What's an eye-popping stat?
The highlight of McConkey's big day came on a dazzling 60-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter.
The score gave the Bolts a double-digit lead and broke a lengthy second-half touchdown drought.
McConkey gained 37 yards after the catch (YAC) on his big play.
But according to NFL Next Gen Stats, the second-round pick was only expected to gain 13 yards, meaning he gained plus-24 yards after securing the pass.
McConkey's plus-24 YAC above expected was the third-highest mark among all players in Week 8.
