The Los Angeles Chargers today agreed to terms with cornerback Benjamin St-Juste.

St-Juste (pronounced saint-JUICE) spent the first four years of his career in the nation's capital after being a third-round selection by Washington in the 2021 NFL Draft (74th overall). In 54 career regular-season games, he made 45 starts, totaling 206 tackles (162 solo), three sacks, an interception, 34 passes defensed, four tackles for loss, four forced fumbles and a recovery. St-Juste set a career high in 2023 with 17 pass breakups, ranking No. 4 in the NFL that season. He appeared in all three of Washington's playoff games last year, making two tackles.

A Montreal native, St-Juste played two seasons at Minnesota (2019-20) earning All-Big Ten Honorable Mention honors in 2019. He appeared in 18 games for the Gophers, compiling 59 tackles (47 solo), 1.5 tackles for loss and 13 passes defensed. St-Juste transferred to Minnesota after beginning his collegiate career at Michigan under Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh, playing 12 games in 2017 for the Wolverines as a freshman.
