5TKW11

Consider this your one-stop shop on Mondays for all things Chargers.

Here are five things to know about the Bolts ahead of Week 12:

1. What happened in Week 11?

The Chargers came through late for a thrilling 34-27 win over the Bengals on Sunday Night Football.

The Bolts surged out to a three-score lead only to see Cincinnati rally and tie the game at 27 in the fourth quarter.

But Jim Harbaugh's squad hung tough as Justin Herbert led an 84-yard touchdown drive in the final minute of the game.

"Resiliency. Poise. Mental toughness," Rashawn Slater said. "That's the culture around here now."

Defensively, the Bolts made enough plays in the clutch to keep Joe Burrow and Co. from getting the win.

2. What is the Chargers record?

The Bolts have now won four straight games to climb to 7-3 on the season.

And all of the talk about whether or not the Bolts can make the playoffs has instead shifted into where they will finish.

The Chargers moved into the No. 5 seed in the AFC due to Baltimore's loss and only strengthen that position with their own win in primetime.

The Ravens (7-4) hold the No. 6 seed in the AFC while the Broncos (6-5) hold the seventh and final spot in the AFC playoff picture.

According to ESPN's playoff model, the Bolts currently have a 95-percent chance to make the dance.

3. Who stood out on Sunday?

Rookie wide receiver Ladd McConkey came up clutch on the Bolts final drive with two catches for 55 yards.

McConkey finished with six catches for 123 yards as he earned the Chargers top offensive Pro Football Focus grade (85.7) in Week 11.

Herbert earned a 74.9 grade as he threw for 297 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Safety Alohi Gilman had the top defensive PFF grade from Sunday night at 83.3.

4. What's an eye-popping stat?

McConkey tallied the second 100-yard game of his career as he set a personal-best with his 123 receiving yards.

That is the seventh-most receiving yards in a single game by a Chargers rookie and the most by a Bolts rookie in a game since 2013.

McConkey also hit plenty of big plays as all of his catches went for at least 10 yards, with five of them gaining at least 18 yards.

Overall, the Chargers had 10 offensive plays of at least 20 yards against the Bengals.

5. What does Week 12 look like for the Bolts?

Perhaps the most anticipated game on the Chargers schedule arrives in Week 12 as the Bolts host the Ravens on Monday Night Football.

And while it's a battle of AFC playoff contenders, the Harbaugh brothers highlight the nationally-televised showdown.

Jim is in his first season with the Chargers while John has been the Ravens Head Coach for the past 17 seasons. The brothers have met twice before, including in Super Bowl XLVII.

There are also a plethora of other storylines for Monday night, including a host for current Chargers players, coaches and front office staff that previously spent time with the Ravens.

Kickoff on Monday night is at 5:15 p.m. (PT).
